Q. Can you integrate my old equipment with my new purchase?

A. We would be delighted to help you integrate your new purchase with existing equipment you may have in your home.

Q. Does Aussemble have insurance?

A.  Aussemble and our installers all carry appropriate insurance for covering Public Liability, Product Liability and Property whilst in our care, custody or control.

Q. Where do we service?

A.  Aussemble services all customers within 20 kms of the mainland state capital cities and selected regional locations. Please contact our customer service team members to confirm that we can service your specific location.

Q. How long until it is installed?

A.  We will normally receive a request from the retailer from whom you purchased the service on the date of booking. We will endeavour to undertake the installation within 3 working days from the date of booking at a mutually convenient date and time.

Q. Can you wall mount my TV?

A.  We have a standard package for wall mounting TV's. Due to potential variations in home construction it is essential that we conduct an In Home Design Consultation prior to confirming the scope of a wall mounting request.

Q. Do you sell cables?

A.  In the event that you have not been supplied with all the necessary cables to connect your new purchase with your existing equipment, our installers carry a cost effective range of cables to ensure we can complete the installation in one visit wherever possible

Q. What service warranty do you have?

A.  Aussemble will undertake remedial work as a direct result of poor workmanship that is identified by the customer and communicated to with us within 7 days of completion of the service
